On This Day - 27th July

On this day in 1995, the sequence of BriSCA F2 final winners at Ringwood was broken.  218 Rob Speak and 167 Bill Batten had alternated the final wins in July, with two feature race successes each.  However, that run was ended by 152 Mick Sworder, as he again showed his strong liking for the Matchams Park circuit, by winning on the night that the racing was sponsored by Second Hand Rose Furniture.
